Short title and commencement—(l) These regulations may be called the Rampur Raza Library Service Regulations, 201 1. (2) They shall come into force on the date nftheir publication inthe Official Gazette. regulations shall apply to all employeesunder the RampurRam LibraryBoard, Rampur Provided that flicy shall not apply to persons : (1) not in the whole-time empl oyment ofthe Board; (ii) employed on daily wages; (iii) whose services have beenbo rrowed from Government Office or fi'om other institutions, unless the oonoemed persons, with the approval of the lending audiority, opts to be governed by these regulations; (iv) who are governed by special contracts with contain specified terms and conditions of service unless the concemed person opts to be governed by these regulations. 3.
