NOTIFICATION No.MSE-2022/C.R.262/Industries-7.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 20 and 21 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2007 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Secretary, Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industries and Chairman, Kandiwali Industrial Co-operative Estate Limited, being representatives of association of micro or small industries or enterprises in the Greater Mumbai Division and District Lead Manager, Bank of India, Mumbai City, being Zonal Manager of one of the lead banks lending money to micro or small enterprises in the Greater Mumbai Division, as members on the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council for Greater Mumbai Division established vide the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No.MSE-2015/C.R.154/Industries-7, dated 18th May 2016 issued under the said Act, for a period of three years from the date of their appointments.
