No. Nyasthap-0120/08/C.R. 7/Desk-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf ; and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the revenue Taluka of Madha in Solapur District, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby, with effect from 24th June 2023, specifies, the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Madha in Solapur District, as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with the said Act, within the local limits of ordinary and special jurisdiction of the existing Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Madha in Solapur District, established under the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869).
