No. Misc. 0615/C.R. 59/ACT.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra vide Government Notification, Medical Education and Drugs Department No. Misc-0615/C.R.59/ACT, dated the 27th July, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Notification”) issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Right to Public Services 2015 (Mah. XXXI of 2015), (hereinafter referred to as “Public Services Act”), notified the Public Services rendered by the said Department along with the stipulated time limit for providing the said public services, the Designated Office, First Appellate Authority, Second Appellate Authority as specified therein, for the purposes of the Public Services Act ; 2. And whereas, it has come to the notice that the public services rendered by Directorate of Medical Education and Research and Directorate of Aaush, Mumbai are mostly availed by the patients and the students, who are normally present in the Government Medical / Ayurveda Colleges and affiliated Hospitals. Therefore it is easy for them to avail these public services Offline than Online resulting in poor response to avail these public services ; 3. And whereas, in view of the above it is considered expedient to delete such public services from the said notification under the Public Services Act. 4. Now, therefore the Government of Maharashtra in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Right to Public Act 2015 (Mah. XXXI of 2015), hereby delete such services mentioned at serial Nos. 2 to 8 in Schedule 1 and also delete such public services mentioned at serial Nos. 1 to 7 in Schedule 2 of the said Notification.
