RAJASTHAN GAZETTE Extraordinary Published by Authority Asadha 11 , Thursday, Saka 1942&July 2, 2020 Local Self Government Department Notification Jaipur, July 01, 2020 NO.F.8(G) ( )(Rules)DLB/19/43126 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 337 of the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009 (Act No.18 of 2009), the State Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Municipal (Administrative and Technical) Service Rules, 1963, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Municipal (Administrative and Technical) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2020. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Schedule.- In schedule appended to the Rajasthan Municipal (Administrative and Techinical) Service Rules, 1963, under the heading II-Technical Officers,- (i) the existing serial number 13B shall be renumered as serial number 13D; and (ii) after the existing serial number 13A and before the serial number 13D, so renumbered, the following new serial numbers 13B and 13C and entries thereto shall be inserted, namely:- 13B. Joint Director (Public Relation) 100% by promotion Deputy Director (Public Relation), if eligible Deputy Relation) is not available then Assitant Director (Public Relation) or Public Relation Officer. 2 years experiance on the post of Deputy Director (Public Relation) or total 20 years experience of service on all or any of the following posts:- (i) Deputy Director (Public Relation), (ii) Assitant Director (Public Relation), (iii) Public Relation Officer, (iv) Assitant Public Relation Officer (Public Relation) 100% by promotion Assistant 3 years experience on the post of Relation), if elegible Assistant Director (Public Relation) is not available then Public Relation Officer. Assistant Director (Public Relation) or total 15 years experience of service on all or any of the following posts:- (i) Assistant Director (Public Relation) , (ii) Public Relation Officer, (iii) Assitant Public Relation Officer By Order of the Governor, Ujjwal Rathore, Director cum Joint Secretary to the Government.
