Notification regarding declaration of areas infected with Avian Influenza H5N1 dt. 09.02.2021

EXTRAORDINARY © Govt. of Haryana No. 21–2021/Ext.] CHANDIGARH, THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASES No. AH-4-2021/823.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 7 of “The Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009)”, the Government of Haryana, hereby d migratory birds in village AlipurNaggal, District Panchkula 1 kilometre radius from epicentres (Area adjacent to the wetlands used by migratory birds in vil District Panchkula) is declared as ‘Infected Zone’ and further area between 1 is declared as ‘Surveillance Zone’. No birds, eggs or feed of avian species i.e. Poultry, Ducks, Turkey, Guinea Fowl etc above described area to any other place.
