Notification Regarding Appointment of Shri Haji Rizwanul Haq as a Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Madarsa Shiksha Parishad & others Memmbers

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. CM.205/LII-3-7- 2(170)-98, dated December 14, 2007: No. CM.205/LII-3-07-2(170)-98 Dated Lucknow, December 14, 2007 IN exercise of powers under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Board of Madarsa Education Act, 2004 (U.P. Act no. 29 of 2004), the Governor is pleased to appoint December 14, 2007 as the date on which Board of Madarsa Education shall be established at Lucknow and to notify under sub- section (4) of the said section that the Board has been duly constituted. The Board shall consist of the following members:- (a) Sri. Haji Rizwanul Haq, Mohalla, Rizvi Khan, Police Station Kotwali, Tehsil Sadar District Jaunpur.
