Notification of Section 46 & 47 come into force

HARYANA GOVERNMENT TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING DEPARTMENT Notification The 30th October, 2023 No. S.0. 63/H.A. 23/2021/S. 1/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2021 (23 of 2021) and in partial supersession of the Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, Notification No. 1/51/2021-1TCP, dated the 8th March, 2022, the Govemor of Haryana hereby appoints the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette to be the date on which the provisions of sections 46 and 47 of the said Act shall come into force.
