(TO BE PUBLISHED IN PART IV OF THE DELHI GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY) GOVERNMENT OF NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-I) DEPARTMENT Notification No. 11/2022-State Tax No. F.3 ( (4 )/Fin.(Exp-1)/2022-23/DS-V/ 7 YS -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of this Government issued vide No. 21/2019-State Tax, dated the 17" October 2019, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (73)/Fin(Rev-1)/2019-20/DS-V1/490, dated the 7" October 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the second paragraph, after the fourth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: - Provided also that the said persons shall furnish a statement, containing the details of payment of self assessed tax in FORM GST CMP-08 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 for the quarter ending 30th June, 2022 till the 31st day of July, 2022. Note: The principal notification No. 21/2019-State Tax, dated the 17" October 2019, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (73)/Fin(Rev- 1)/2019-20/DS-V1/490, dated the 17" October 2019 and was last amended, vide notification number 25/2021 — State Tax, dated the 23" November 2021, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (123)/Fin(Exp-I)/2021-22/DS-1/327, dated the 23'¢ November 2021.
