No- 92 Dated- 1st November, 2019-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 07/2019- State Tax (Rate), dated the 7th May, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 48, dated the 7th May, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 2, for the entry in column (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely: - “Cement falling in chapter heading 2523 in the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975).” 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 1st day of October, 2019.
