Ordinance No. 1 of 1972), the Governor, after having regard to the factors mentioned in this sub- sections and also the other factors is pleased to fix for the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1972, the price as Rs. 18.50 (Rupees Eighteen and Paise Fifty only), per standard bag in all the units of the areas to which the said Adhyadesh has been made applicable vide Government Notification No. 22(4)2/14-B-67, dated March 2, 1972 and at which tendu leaves shall be purchased by the State Government, its duly authorised officers and agents from the growers other than the State Government, Gaon Sabha and Local Authority.
