J) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Amendment Regulations, 2009. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008, in para e of Schedule - 1C after the words “fixation device shall”, the word “preferably” shall be inserted and shall remain so inserted till expiry of twenty-four months on and after the amendment of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Amendment Regulations, 2009. : [F.
