(TO BE PUBLISHED IN PART IV OF THE DELHI GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY) GOVERNMENT OF NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-I) DEPARTMENT Notification No. 33/2021— State Tax Dated: The” March, 2022 No. F.3(154)/Fin.(Exp-1)/2021-22/DS-I/ f3 G/ — In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in the Department of Finance (Expenditure-IV), No. 76/2018— State Tax, dated the 3 September, 2019 published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, published Vide No. F.3(36)/Fin(Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-V1/399, dated the 3" September, 2019, namely:— In the said notification, in the ninth and tenth provisos, for the figures, letters and words 6g 1st day of August, 2021”, where ever they occur, the figures, letters and words “30" day of November, 2021” shall be substituted. Note: The principal notification No. 76/2018-State Tax, dated 3 September, 2019 was published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide No. F.3(36)/Fin(Rev-D/2019- 20/DS-V1/399 dated the 3% September, 2019 and was last amended vide notification number 19/2021 — State Tax, dated the 23 November, 2021, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide No. F.3(125)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2021-22/DS-I/326, dated the 234 November, 2021.
