EXTRAORDINARY II (i PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 458] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2020/BHADRA 25, 1942 [ II 3(i)] 3 MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION (Department of Food and Public Distribution) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th September, 2020 G.S.R. 564(E).In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Sugar Development Fund Act, 1982 (4 of 1982), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Sugar Development Fund Rules, 1983, namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Sugar Development Fund (Amendment) Rules, 2020. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Sugar Development Fund Rules, 1983, in rule 16, in sub-rule (9), in clause (iv), for the words SUBODH KUMAR SINGH, Jt. Secy.
