Regarding the revised members of the Maharashtra Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council under rules, 2007

NOTIFICATION Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. No. SSI-2022/C.R.198/Ind.-7.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. SSI-2016/C.R.-53/Ind.-7, dated the 12th May, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “the said notification”), issued in exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 and 21 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006) and rule 3 of the Maharashtra Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2007, established the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council for Nagpur Revenue Division consisting of the Chairperson, Members and Member-Secretary thereof as mentioned in the Schedule appended thereto; And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. SSI-2019/C.R.95/Ind.-7, dated the 11th September, 2019, appointed Joint Director of Industries, Nagpur Region, Directorate of Industries, holding the post of Additional Development Commissioner (Industries), as an Ex-officio Chairperson, Divisional Manager, Bank of India, Nagpur, Chairman, Butibori Manufacturing Association, Nagpur, and Chairman, MIDC Industrial Association, Chandrapur, being representatives of association of micro or small industries or enterprises in the Nagpur Revenue Division, as Members of the said Council for a period of three years from the date of their appointments and Deputy Director of Industries (Nagpur Region) as Member Secretary; And whereas due to expiry of the term of the representatives of associations of micro or small industries or enterprises as Member, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to appoint the representatives of associations of micro or small industries or enterprises in the Nagpur Revenue Division, as Members of the said Council; Now, therefore, In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 20 and 21 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2007 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby reappoints Divisional Manager, Bank of India, Nagpur and Chairman, MIDC Industrial Association, Chandrapur and appoints Chamber of Small Industries Association (COSIA), Nagpur as member of the said council for a period of three years from the date of their appointments and for that purpose, amends the said notification as follow, namely:- In the schedule appended to the said notification for entries 2,3 and 4 respectively, the following shall be substituted, namely :— Schedule 1.
