GOVERNMENT OF KERALA NOTIFICATION WHEREAS, the Government have issued the Special Rules for the Kerala Minority Welfare Service, 2021 under G.O.(P)No.11/2021/GAD. dated 11th February, 2021 and published as S.R.O. No. 152/2021 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.686 dated 11th February, 2021; Government of Kerala KERALA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY dated 05-09-2012 with RNI Reg No.KL/TV(N)/634/2021-2023 Vol. XII Thiruvananthapuram, Thursday 14th September 2023 29th Chingam 1199 23rd Bhadra 1945 No. 2996 This is a digitally signed Gazette. Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/ AND WHEREAS, the Government have noticed that the mode of appointment for the categories of posts mentioned in the Special Rules for the Kerala Minority Welfare Service, 2021 is not in accordance with the objectives of Minority Welfare Department. AND WHEREAS, the Government have decided to rescind the said notification; Now, THEREFORE, the Government hereby rescind the notification issued under G.O. (P)No.11/2021/GAD. dated, 11th February, 2021 and published as S.R.O. No. 152/2021 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.686 dated 11th February, 2021. The qualification and mode of appointment for the categories of posts mentioned in the notification issued under G.O.(P)No.11/2021/GAD. dated 11th February, 2021 and published as S.R.O. No.152/2021 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.686 dated 11th February 2021, is not in accordance with the objectives of Minority Welfare Department. Hence, the Government have considered the matter in detail and have decided to rescind the above said notification. The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
