No. SANKIRNA 0619/466/C.R. 107/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22A of the Bombay Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and in partial modifications of all the earlier modification issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Pimpalgaon and Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Niphad in District Nashik, the Government of Maharashtra hereby directs that, with effect from 6th November, 2020,— (a) the villages specified in the Schedule appended herewith, which were heretofore included within the local limits of the ordinary Jurisdiction in the Court of the Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Pimpalgaon shall be excluded therefrom and be included within the local limits of the ordinary Jurisdiction in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Niphad in Nashik District; and (b) all the matters of civil nature arising out of villages mentioned in the schedule appended herewith, pending before the said date in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Pimpalgaon shall be withdrawn and transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Niphad in Nashik District for disposal according to law.
