The applications for regulatory clearances/fiscal incentives upto 10 Cr. Investment in plant and machinery shall be made to the District Level Committee. 2. The applications for regulatory clearances/fiscal incentives above 10 Cr. Investment in plant and machinery shall be made to the State Level Committee.
