No. U-11011/04/2013- PITNDPS dated 30-4-2014 under the said sub-section directing that Shri Manu Khosla, S/o Late Shri B.P. Khosla resdident of 2nd Floor, 5/11, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi- 110008 be detained and kept in custody in Central Jail, Tihar, New Delhi with a view to preventing him from engaging in illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. 2. Whereas the Central Government has reasons to believe that the aforesaid person has absconded or has been concealing himself so that the said detention order cannot be executed. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs the aforesaid person to appear before the Commissioner of Police, Delhi within 10 days of the publication of the order in the Official Gazette.
