Medical & Health Department NOTIFICATION Jaipur, September 17, 2008 G.S.R,116 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55 of the dentists Act, 1948 (Act No. 16 of 1948), the State Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- PRELIMINARY 1. Short title and commencement :- (1) These rules, may be called the Rajashan State Dental Council Rules, 2008. (2). They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette- 2. Definition :- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires:- (a) 'Act' means the Dentists Act, 1948 (Act No. 16 of 1948); (b) 'Council' means the Rajasthan State Dental Council constituted under section (c) 'Executive Committee means the Executive Committee constituted under sub- section (1) of section 29; (d) 'Form' means a Form appended to these rules;(e) 'Government' means the Government of Rajasthan;
