NOTIFICATION No. 103/1/7/2019-CX-3 —* Lucknow : April. 30,,2021 WHEREAS the premises named, detailed and described in the Schedule given below is a place used for power transmission from power substation- Sahajanwa, Distt-Gorakhpur to Basti.Lucknow, Santkabirnagar etc.; AND WHEREAS an information with respect thereto, of the destruction or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith, would be useful to an enemy; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-clause (d) of clause (8} of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Act no.XIX of 1923), read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No S.0. 1285. dated May 4, 1963, the Governor is pleased to declare the premises named, detailed and described in the Schedule below to be a "Prohibited - Place". for the purposes of the aforesaid Act and to direct that a copy of this notification in English and in the vernacular of the locality be affixed to the said premises. : .
