(EXTRA), JULY 23, 2019 391 (SRVN 1, 1941 SAKA) PART Il GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF EXCISE AND TAXATION (EXCISE AND TAXATION BRANCH) NOTIFICATION The 18th July, 2019 No. $.0.80/P.A. 1/1914/S.13/2019.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 13 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Punjab Act No. 1 of 1914) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab, is pleased to delegate the powers of the State Government under sub-section (2) of section 75 of the said Act, to the Commissioners of the Divisions to be exercised within their respective jurisdiction, with immediate effect.
