Bhopal, the 23rd February 2021 No. F A 3-39-2020-1-V-(05).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 168A of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. FA-3-32-2020-1-V- (65), Bhopal dated Sth December 2020 namely:— In the said notification, in the first paragraph,— (i) for the words, figures and letters “29th day of June, 2020°’, the words, figures and letters “30th day of August, 2020°°, shall be substituted; (11) for the words, figures and letters “30th day of Junc, 2020". the words, figures and letters “3st day of August, 2020°*, shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 27th day of JUNE, 2020.
