NOTIFICATION In exercise of the power conferred by under section 3 read with sub· section (99) of section 2 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 20 17), the State Government hereby appoints and designates the Chief Commissioner of State Tax as Revisional Authority under section 108 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 against the order passed by the sub-ordinate Adjudicating Authorities under the said Act.
