Notification No. 2633 LL){XXAVI(D)—255( EL) /1963, January 27, 1966 Sheps of barbers and hair dressers of Mussoorie: In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the U. P. Dookan Aur Vanijya Adhishthan Adhiniyam, 1962 (U. P. Act No. XXVI of 1962), the Governor of Uitar Pradesh is pleased to exempt, in public interest, all the shops and commercial establishments of barbers and hair dressers at Mussoorie from the operation of the provisions of clause (a) of sub-section {1) of Section 8 of the said Adhiniyam for the period for April } to July 31 every year.
