IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1384/LII-2-2022- No. 1384/L11-2-2022-2(255)-03T.C. Dated Lucknow, June 14, 2022 WHEREAS vide notification no. 1890/52-2-2021-2(255)03T.C., dated October 22, 2021 Shri Syed Waseem Rizvi, Mutawalli 394/13A, Kashmiri mohalla Saadatganj, Chowk, Lucknow was appointed as a member of Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Board of Waqf from Mitawalli Category. AND, WHEREAS, in accordance with the provision of sub-clause (i) of clause (e) of section 16 of the waqf Act, 1995 (Act no. 43 of 1995) the aforesaid member is disqualified to be a member of the aforesaid Board. Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (a) of section 20 of the wagf Act, 1995 (Act no. 43 of 1995) the Governor is pleased to remove the aforesaid member from the membership of the Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Board of Waqf.
