The State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Jammu and Kashmir shall function on the principle of collective responsibility and the Chairman shall endeavor to reach a consensus in each case, and if consensus cannot be reached, the views of the majority shall prevail. 9. The Government of Jammu and Kashmir shall notify an agency to act as Secretariat for the Authority, Jammu and Kashmir and the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Jammu and Kashmir, and shall provide all financial and logistic support including accommodation, transportation and such other facilities in respect of all their statutory functions. 10. The sitting fee, travelling allowance and dearness allowance to the Chairman and members of the Authority, Jammu and Kashmir and the Chairman and members of the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Jammu and Kashmir shall be paid in accordance with the relevantrules of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
