Regarding declaration of Deputy Collector and Property Officer as Competent Authority for Government Estates.

Maharashtra Government Premises No. Niyukti-2023/C.R. 73/GND-1.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Maharashtra Government Premises (Eviction) Act, 1955 (II of 1956), and in supersession of all the orders and notifications issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Deputy Collector-cum-Property Officer, to be the competent authority, for carrying out the purposes of the said Act, in respect of the premises in the area of Government Colony, Bandra East in Mumbai sub-urban district, being the Government premises, within the meaning of clause (b) of section 2 of the said Act.
