No. 40, Dated 30th September, 2022--In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Jharkhand Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No.14/2019-State Tax, dated the 26th April, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 41, dated the 26th April, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry “Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks” shall be substituted. 2.
