(Hie (£>a$ette of <3hxdia EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 125] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, MARCH 22, 2010/CHAITRA 1,1932 19 ^ , 2009 ^ TRTO (<*W|i|HU|), MINISTRY OF FINANCE - (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd March, 2010 G.S.R. 201(E).—In exercise of die powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 198 8) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. G.S.R. 182(E), dated 19th March, 2009 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year, consisting of:— 2.
