NOTIFICATION In exercise o:f the powers conferred by section 168 o:f the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 o:f 2017) read with sub-rule (5) o:f rule 61 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said rules), the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in nolification of the Government o:f Tripura in the Finance Department, No.F.I-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019(Part-III), dated the 25th October, 2019, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 2251, dated the 30th October, 2019, namely:- In the first paragrap~ of the said notification, after the first proviso, the following proviso shall be insel'ted. namely: - "Provided also that the return in FORM GSTR-3B o:f the said rules :for the month of November, 2019 :for registered persons whose principal place of business is in the State of TripYra, shall be fumished electronically through the common portal, on or before the 31 51 December, 2019." 2.
