Notification regarding the Electricity Act, 2003

LAW AND LEGISLATIVE AFMIRS DEPARTMENT Atal Nagar, the 6th February 2020 NOTIFICAIION In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (l) of Section 153 of the ElectricrtyAct, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003), the State Government, in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 1690/Checker/Ill-6-1/2005, Bilaspur dated04-02-2020, hereby, makes the following amendment in this departrnent's previous notifications mentioned below and constitute the Special Court as specified in column no. (2) in relation to the area in the corresponding entries in column no. (3) thereof, and appoints the Judges specified in column no. (4) as Presiding officer of the said Special Courts for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, namely:- AMENDMENT IntheNotificationNo.4O62lll35/XI(l-B/l6,dated25-04-2016(asamendedfromtimetotime),inthe table, in serial no. 5, in column 3, after entry f, the following shall be inserted, namely :- "g. IllrdAdditional District and Sessions Judge, Raigarh." IntheNotification No. 7788128731XXI-B/18, dated 03-08-2018, for serial number l lA and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- S.No. (l) Special Courts Q) Jurisdiction of the Courts '011A. Sakli Civil Court, Sakti (as per work distribution by the respective District Judge) a. IstAdditional District and Sessions Judge, Sakti b. IlndAdditional District and Sessions Judge, Sakti" the following shall be substituted, namely :- S.No. Special Courts Jurisdiction of the Courts Ambikapur Civil Distict, Sarguja atAmbikapur (as per work distribution by the respective District Judge) a.
