NOTIFICATION In exercise of tltc powers conferred under Section 16 of the Tripura Value Add ed 'Ll :-<: Ad, 2 0(H (Tr-ipura Act No. 1 of 2005), it is notified for general inform a l ion of a IJ concerne d that the State Government hereby amends the Scheduk II(b) appt~nded to the Act as under: The words ('\, ptmc1 ualion "List of goods taxable (a), 15.5%" under Schedule ll(b) shall be substituted by "List of goods taxable (tf! 9%" under Sclwdule ll(IJ) for entry no. 80 of the said Schedule. This will take~ effect ti·om the 6 rJ1 day of July, :2019.
