IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following _English translation of notification no. 1051/five-5-2021, dated May 25, 2021 : No. 1051/five-5-2021 - ” Dated Lucknow, May 25, 2021 WHEREAS. the State Government is satisfied that the state is threatened with an outbreak of Mucormycosis disease (Black Fungus) which is dangerous disease and the ordinary provisions of law for the time being in force are insufficient for the purpose; ) . NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under section-2 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 (Act no. 3 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to declare Mucormycosis disease (Black Fungus) as notifiable disease.
