EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4077] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 22, 2020/PAUSHA 1, 1942 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2020 S.O. 4640(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, S.O. 489 (E), dated the 30 th April, 2003, namely:- In the said order, in paragraph 1, for the words “for a period of seventeen years and eight months”, the words “for a period of nineteen years and eight months” shall be substituted.
