No In exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of the section 3 of the ancient monuments preservation Act, 1904 (Act No. VIl of 1904), as re-enacted by section 3 of the U.P. Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological sites and Remains Preservation Act, 1956. (U.P. Act No. VII of 1957), the Governor is pleased to declare the ancient monuments/sites specified in the schedule below to be the protected monuments within the meaning the said Act.
