No. 10 Dated 10th February, 2020-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (04 of 2019), the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 22, except section 2, section 7, section 10 and sections 13 to 20 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (04 of 2019), shall come into force. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1st day of January, 2020.
