Reconstitution of Central Advisory Board u/s 8(a) of COFEPOSA Act for year 2021-22

EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 120] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, MARCH 9, 2021/PHALGUNA 18, 1942 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (CENTRAL ECONOMIC INTELLIGENCE BUREAU) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th March, 2021 G.S.R. 161(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) G.S.R. No. 183 (E) dated 17 th March, 2020 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year, consisting of :- (iii) Hon’ble Mr. Justice C. Hari Shankar, Member 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 23 rd March, 2021. Footnote : The Notification G.S.R.
