Amendment Notificaiton Declaring Eco Sensitive Zone S.O. No. 4004(E) Sanjay Gandhi National Park

EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3525] NEW NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2020/KARTIKA 14, 1942 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th November, 2020 S.O. 4004(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), read with sub-rule (4) of rule 5 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change published vide S.O. number 3645 (E), dated the 5th December, 2016 for declaration of Eco-Sensitive Zone around the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Maharashtra, namely: - In the said notification,- in paragraph 6 (b), for the words “for a period of three years” shall be substituted by the words “ till further orders: Provided that the non-official members of the Committee shall be nominated by the State Government from time to time.”.
