EXTRAORDINARY PART III—Section 4 PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 352] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2016/BHADRA 29, 1938 JOINT ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION (FOR THE STATE OF GOA AND UNION TERRITORIES) NOTIFICATION No. JERC/14/2010.—In exercise of powers conferred under Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and based on the revised tariff policy of 28 Jan 2016, a need has arisen to amend certain provisions of the JERC (Procurement of Renewable Energy) Regulations, 1. Short title and commencement: (1) These Regulations may be called the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for State of Goa & Union Territories (Procurement of Renewable Energy), Third Amendment Regulations, 2016. (2) These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2. Amendment in Table-1 of sub-Regulation (1.1) in the principal Regulations- the Table is replaced as under:- TABLE – 1 Financial Year Minimum Quantum of Renewable Purchase Obligation (RPO) of Renewable Energy (in KWh).
