EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 95] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2023/PHALGUNA 2, 1944 MINISTRY OF ENVIORNMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st February, 2023 G.S.R. 117(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 25 of the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Act, 2021 (29 of 2021), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas (Allowance payable to the Member, other than ex officio Member of the Sub-Committees) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Allowances payable to the Member, other than ex officio Member of the Sub-Committees.-The Member under clause (d) of sub-section (2), clause (d) of sub-section (3) and clause (d) of sub-section (4) of section 11 of the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Act, 2021 (29 of 2021), shall be entitled to sitting fee of six thousand rupees per sitting, to a maximum ceiling of sixty thousand rupees per annum and shall also be entitled to reimbursement of traveling allowance and daily allowance as per entitlements of a ‘Group A’ officer of pay level-11 of the Government of India.
