RURAL DE VELOPMENT DEPARTMENT Bandhakam Bhavan, 25, Marzban Path, Fort, Mumbai 400 001, dated the 25th April, 2022 NOTIFICATION No.VPM-2021/CR-170/PR-4(22).– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications and instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Aland-Naigavhan, in Fulambri Tahasil of Aurangabad District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 25th April, 2022, to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising revenue villages of Aland and Naigavhan in Fulambri Tahasil, in Aurangabad District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct village and shall be known by the name of the villages Aland and Naigavhan, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution :– SCHEDULE Sr. No. Name of the village.
