EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 28th November, 2018 Subject: Corrigendum to Notification No. 1/1/2010-AWD(pt.) dated 06.09.2018. G.S.R. 1141(E).—In the Notification No. 1/1/2010-AWD(pt.) dated 06.09.2018 of the Government of India, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, bearing G.S.R. 844(E) and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) regarding the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Pet Shop) Rules, the following changes in the Hindi version may be read as follow:— Rule Hindi version of G.S.R. 844(E) with Notification No. 1/1/2010-AWD(pt.) dated May be read as 4(2) An application for registration of pet shop shall be made to the State Board in Form-I providing all information required therein and accompanied with a non-refundable fee of five hundred rupees.
