Bhopal, the 30th March 2020 No. F A 3-07/2020/1/V (2.2) : In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of Madhya Pradesh Vritti Kar Adhiniyam, 1995 (No. 16 of 1995), the State Government, hereby, exempts the private sector employers who are required to make payment of tax by 10" April, 2020 and file relevant return by 15" April, 2020, from the penalty under section 13, if the tax is paid on or before 30" April, 2020 and from penalty under sub-section (3) of section 9 if the return is filed on or before 5" May, 2020 By order and in the name of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh, ADITI KUMAR TRIPATHI, Dy.
