IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the notification no. 3071/LII-2– 2022-2(279)-2013, dated September 20, 2022 : No. 3071/LII-2–2022-2(279)-2013 Dated Lucknow, September 20, 2022 IN exercise of the power under sub-section (4) of section 83 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Act no. 43 of 1995), the Governor is pleased to nominate Mr. Syed Shabab Haider Zaidi as the member of Uttar Pradesh Waqf Tribunal under clause (c) of the said sub-section of the tribunal constituted in Government notification no. 1045/LII-2–2017-2(279)-13, dated August 24, 2017.
