POWER OF CONSOLIDATION COMMISSIONER REGARDING SECTION 4 PUBLICATION

GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH DATED: NOVEMBER 29, 1961 NOTIFICATION Powers In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 44 of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (U.P. Act No. V of 1954), the Governor of Uttar Pradesh hereby empowers the Director of Consolidation, Uttar Pradesh, to issue declarations under Section 4 of the said Act. By order, (Shiv Ram Singh) Secretary Copy, along with the English translation, forwarded to the Chief Superintendent, Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad, for publication in the next issue of the Government Gazette. Copy forwarded for information to the following officers: 1. The Consolidation Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow: Prior to issuing a notification under Section 4, he shall always obtain the permission of the State Government for the sanction of the Tehsil. 2.
