' l ! ; j i . j : Raipur, the Z3rd August Z0 11 NOTIFICATION No. F 13-73/20~3/ l 1.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of Secrion 2 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (No. 35 of 2009), the State Government, hereby, notifies that, in Chhauisgarh State, "chi [d belonging to disadvantaged group" ~eans ·:~ . (a) a child belonging to-the Scheduled Castes as speci.f'.i,ed in relation to this State under Artic le 34 l of the Consti- tution of [ndi"a ; • (b) a child belonging to the Scheduled Tribes as specified in reiation to this State under Article 342 of the constic tutiori of India; · (c) a d1ild whose parents belongs to Primitive Tribal Groups as identified by the Gcivernmeni"of [ndia in relation (d) a chil<l with 40 percent disability as specitjed und~r cla~se (i) of Section 2· 6f Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opr ortun ities, Prott,"ction of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995; and (e) a child whose parents are having certificate of Recognition of For~st Rights, under the Scheduled Tribes anct Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006.
