D.L.-33004/93 The Gazette of India EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 26) NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JANUARY 24,1994 MAGHA 4, 1915 (1)198 GI/94 2 THE GAZETTE OS INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY (?A»T H—Set 3(£H MINISTRY OF FINANCE {Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th January, 1994 G.S.R. 31(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 26 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (No. 13 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Pro- perty (Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1978, namely :— 1.(1) These rules may be called the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Pro- perty (Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) (Amendment) Rules, (2) They sh&U come into force on the date of their publication in the Offi- cial Gazette. 2. In the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property (Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1978, after rule 6, the following rule shall be inserted, namely :— "6A. Leave Travel Concession.—(1) The Chairman shall be entitled to leave travel concession at the same rates and at the same scales as are applicable to a Judge of n High Court as contained in the High Court Judges (Travelling Allowances) Rules, 1956. (2) A member shall be entitled to leave travel concession at the same rates and at the same sdales as are applicable to Group 'A1 officers of the Central ' Government, drawing an equivalent pay." O.
