EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1243] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JUNE 16, 2015/JYAISTHA 26, 1937 MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE (Department of Agriculture and Co-operation) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th June, 2015 S.O. 1598(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 35 of the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers’ Rights Act, 2001 (53 of 2001), the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers’ Rights Authority with the prior approval of the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide In the said notification, after paragraph 2 and before the note the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely :— “3.
