No. Misc-0615/C.R.59/ACT.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra vide Government Notification, Medical Education and Drugs Department No.Misc-0615/C.R.59/ACT, dated the 27th July, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Notification”) issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Right to Public Services 2015 (Mah. XXXI of 2015), (hereinafter referred to as “Public Services Act”), notified the Public Services rendered by the said Department along with the stipulated time limit for providing the said public services, the Designated Office, First Appellate Authority, Second Appellate Authority as specified therein, for the purposes of the Public Services Act; And whereas, it has come to the notice that the public services rendered by Maharashtra Mental Health Institute, Pune are mostly availed by the students attending cources conducted by the said Institute and employee of the institute, who are normally present in the said institute. Therefore, it is easy for them to avail these public services offline than online resulting in poor response to avail these public services. And whereas, in view of the above it is considered expedient to delete such public services form the said notification under the Public Services Act. Now, therefore the Government of Maharashtra in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Rights to Public Act 2015 (Mah. XXXI of 2015), hereby delete “Schedule-3” and nomenclature of “Schedule-4” is changed as “Schedule-2”.
